But if you insist to bring them then you should know that in case of loss or damage the camp has no responsibility.
We are going to need your help in this. It is very natural, especially for the youngest kids, to need some time to adapt because they are missing you.

If you are driving your child at the camp, we will ask you to fill a medical bulletin. If you will choose to send your kid with our transportation you can fill it and give it to the escort. Please download the MEDICAL BULLETIN.
This medical bulletin is very important for us. We handle each one to the doctor of the camp so the doctor should know each camper’s medical history.
If your kid is under medication, whatever the age of your kid is, you should give the medicines to the doctor. The reason for that is for the safety of all of the campers that sleeping in the same wagon with your child, as well as the safely maintenance of the medicine in an appropriate environment (our infirmary is fully equipped). But also the doctor and nurses should know and keep a program with the campers. You can always call our doctor if any questions and our Deputy Heads will keep in touch with you for the progress.
We respect every dietary habit, be it for medical, religious reasons or reasons of belief and choice. Please let us know every particularity that you think we should know. You can put it down in the medical bulletin, send us an e-mail on info@tsaftsouf.gr or you can inform the Deputy Heads when you will arrive at the camp. HERE you can find the daily nutrition program of the camp.
The campers are allowed to go for a walk outside of the camp on the visitors day only with their parents after the parents show their ID card or with third parties if they carry certified validated authorization from the police department and after a phone call with their parents (in exceptional cases the authorization may be sent by FAX or e-mail to the camp administration office). We are following the same procedure at the departure day. Furthermore at the departure day parents should have with them their fund documents. In case of a guardian instead of a parent they have to provide a proof to our office.
In any case of a departure of the camp you should need an approval card from our head office. If you wish third parties to collect your kids they have to provide an ID card and you should wait for an approval phone call from us.
We are carefully selecting our staff through a process of personal interviews and applications. In addition, the camp performs seminars for our new group leaders and also we have a big pool of staff coming from our school of staff.
Group leaders are the people who stay with our campers 24 hours. They are sleeping with them, eating with them, encouraging them to participate and helping them to adapt and be a part of the team.
Each Project Group leader is responsible for 6 wagons. They are supporting the Group leaders, facilitating the daily program, supervising daily tasks and reporting to the Deputy heads and the Head of the camp.
Deputy Heads of the camp are experienced executives who work with the kids but also their parents. They are the people who stay in touch with parents and are here to solve any problem or discuss any question.
